"Honors has taught me so much in the short time that I have been a student here. The various community service events that I have been a part of through Honors 1000 have given me a sense of community. Being surrounded by my peers who strive to achieve such excellence, both in and outside of school, has been a true motivation for me to do well and work hard to achieve my goals. With everything that I have already experienced through Honors, from the community service to having a strong relationship with my Honors professor and learning about the great city of Detroit, I am eager to see what's next!"
